Whelen Freedom I/O swap question

So Im getting my old TX DPS spec freedom (FX8TX3) back and want to modify it with a different I/O out of a Liberty SX8.
Reasons for wanting this..
Cruise over ride in the corners.
Internal Traffic Advisor
The wiring and external T/A flasher is gone.

My Question is will it work? I am not seeing why it wouldn't as far as I know both bars a passive (no ballast type)

Don't the freedom bars have double stacked lights, with two plugs? If it's one plug it should work fine but two per unit would cause issues. Workable but not out of the box. Btw I have a liberty I/o board for sale with internal TA

Its double corners with Y connectors. I already have the I/O.
