OK folks....I was inside the station this morning messing around with them....I like em! I took some shots from side to rear and other side to 45* angle....these are some sharp little heads!! Not the best pictures or videos because I forgot my camera and all I had was iphone4....but it did OK. You get the drift....I'll get some better up once I get them. But the first set of pictures is behind the red brake lenses....second set down is behind the clear reverse....videos here reflect the same and are titled. Also...when I converted the videos from stupid quicktime to WMV it flipped em..so turn your head! Again...you get the drift! I'll try to re-do them better when I get a chance.

Overall...these are some impressive heads and I want to try some day time shots but I'm afraid like usual heads like this a lot will be lost to the sunlight and I refuse to do them stricly at night....damn near anything can be bright at night! I did these about 10am inside the station with the light shining through the bay doors....

Red on clear lenses only

I would love to see these same videos done in the daylight. It's hard to tell, but it looks like in the split video the one in the tail light is still brighter than the one in the reverse light. Looks promising, but I would definitely like to see it in the daytime with sunlight.......

How much were the lights? Do they come individually or as a set?

So, performance-wise, Axixtech TRIs or these? The TRIs are supposed to be the best performers, besides the SO ones. But, these seem equally effective.

Whelen certainly has a run for their money with all the new LAWs out there.

I have now installed 5 sets of them in red, blue, and white. I am impressed with the red and blue version, but I feel the white is lacking during the daytime. Out of the 5 sets, 3 were all white, and I've mounted them in 3 different trucks, and I have yet to really notice them during the day. They "twinkle" instead of "pop" if that makes sense. I'm sure some will say I'm not placing them near the focal point of the reflector or whatever, but I have installed lots and lots of vertex's without issue.

Again it's just the white that i take personal issue with. The other colors are excellent.

Just my $.02
