This thread is a review of the Lifetime LED 30 watt & 50 watt off-road lamps.
My review shows what are in the boxes and photos of the light output compared to the lighting on my Arctic Cat Prowler XTZ1000 Baja (Yes, it is a Hemi), side by side, UTV, including: the OEM headlamps, a pair of 55 watt PIAA halogen lamps, and a quartet of VisionX Solo Solstice (2 spot, 2 partial flood) 10 watt lamps. Along the way, I note a few of my observations of these particular Lifetime LED products.
MSRP of the 30 watt lamp is $100
MSRP of the 50 watt lamp is $150
The 30 watt lamp is: 6.5" x 3 x 1.75
The 50 watt lamp is: 10.5" x 3 x 1.75
The main housings are heavy die cast metal with die cast end caps. Both the 30 watt and the 50 watt lamps each had one end cap that did not fit as well as the other end, but they are firmly attached to the main housing. These are finished in matte black with a tasteful subdued logo applied on the top side.
30 watt lamp contents: (well packed in plastic foam box inside cardboard box).
30 watt lamp, with Allen head mounting screws, lock washers, & short and tall mounting brackets)(Note: NO Allen wrench included).

50 watt lamp (box not marked for lens type).
Magnets attached to tall brackets for mounting on my Arctic Cat roll bar (magnets are not included with lamp).
Detents in end caps to assist in retaining lamp in desired location.
No matching detents in mounting brackets
Screws that are included to attach mounting brackets to the lamp are 1/4" too long and required shims to tighten brackets to lamp tight enough to hold position. This was the case in both wattage lamps.

Tall brackets installed on 30 watt lamp.
30 watt and 50 watt Lifetime LED lamps mounted atop my Arctic Cat Prowler XTZ1000 Baja (Yes, its a Hemi).
Below the top of the roll bar are 2 halogen 55 watt PIAA lamps, flanked by 4 VisionX Solo Solstice 10 watt LED lamps.
OEM low beam headlamps only - road is 50 yards ahead at 90 degrees to driveway. All lamps installed are focused to strike the ground at approximately 45 yards away.
OEM high beam lamps only.
2 PIAA lamps only.
4 VisionX lamps only.
30 watt Lifetime LED only.
50 watt Lifetime LED only.
What the area used in the above photos looks like in the daylight:
OEM low beam lamps only, 50 yards from my 2nd driveway.
OEM high beam lamps only. The blue and white dots seen are at 50 yards distance. All lamps installed are focused to strike the ground at approximately 45 yards away.
2 PIAA lamps only.
4 VisionX lamps only.
30 watt Lifetime LED lamp only.
50 watt Lifetime LED lamp only.
Low beam OEM headlamps, 2 PIAA, 4 VisionX, & 1 50 watt Lifetime LED.
High beam OEM headlamps, 2 PIAA, 4 VisionX, & 1 50 Watt Lifetime LED.
What the area used in the above photos looks like in daylight:
Notes:
#1: Street price of the pair of PIAA lamps is $207, plus shipping.
#2: Street price for 4 VisionX Solo Solstice lamps is $440, plus shipping.
#3: Street price of Lifetime LEDs is unknown to me.
#4: Lifetime LED website = Off Road Lights
#5: Quotes from Lifetime LED - "All out Off-Road lights are IP67 rated. That means that they are impenetrable to dust, Temperature, Shock and Altitude. And they survive 30 minutes imeresed in water. These are verry rugged lights, with a warranty to prove it." "Our warranty is what sets us apart from the rest. We believe that you are entitled to a great product, at a great price, without having to worry about it, ever. We have a LIFETIME warranty on the LEDs in our lights. No need to read fine print, or wonder what limited lifetime means." " We will replace or repair your light if any of the LEDs fail or if there is any defect in the lights, for as long as you own the light.. As an added bonus, if you order a light and do not like it, you have 7 business days to return it for a full refund plus we will pay return shipping (must be in original packaging, in new condition)."
After comparing these lamps, it is my opinion that the 50 watt Lifetime LED lamp is comparable to the 4 individual VisionX lamps (although not as flexible for pointing to where you want to light up) at a price that is approximately $300 less.
The 30 watt Lifetime LED lamp is a substantial improvement over the high beam OEM headlamps and is easily fit into a small space and it's price seems to be in the lower bracket of comparable lamps on the market.
Having short and long brackets for mounting is a nice touch.
Having too long of mounting screws that bottom out in the blind inset hole is not a nice touch. Shims or shorter screws are needed before mounting can take place.
Having a Allen wrench included with the 50 watt lamp is a nice touch.
Not having a Allen wrench included with the 30 watt lamp is not a nice touch.
If I were mounting these for long term use, I would install "star" lock washers between the mounting bracket and the end cap to hold the lamp in the desired position better.
