clear Dietz 7-40

[Mars Light]

Found a Dietz 7-40 with clear dome. Hard to find and even rarer in this condition.

Cleaned and polished the dome and metal parts. Extra elbow grease was necessary for the plate.

Very nice! Yes, Dietz did make clear domes for the 7-40, no, you don't see them very often. Around here (central Virginia) Dietz 7-40's with amber domes were very popular on maintenance and utility vehicles as well as tow trucks during the 1970's and 80's.
