Hello all. I have a question for those of you who are familiar with the Feniex Cannon hideaways.
I recently purchased a pair of new old stock cannons in red/white. Yesterday, I installed them in my 2019 F250's rear tail lights.
My intent was to primarily use them to increase the effectiveness of the truck's factor reverse and brakelights. I programmed Mode 2 to be red steady burn, and connected to factory brake light wire. Mode 3 is programmed for white steady burn and connected to factory reverse light wiring. I am currently not using mode 1.
My issue is, when the brake light/turn signal factory bulbs come on, the Cannons dont immediately illuminate. They take about a half second or more to activate. This is particularly noticeable when using the turn signals, the lights don't all work at the same time, It may not sound like a big deal, but it's really obvious and noticable.
Does this make sense?
Bob
