Hello Im new here and need help with my FS PA300 mic

I purchased a PA300 about a year ago from my local VFD, but the speaker was broken. I just got a new speaker and everything but the mic on the PA300 works and Im not sure how to fix it. When I try and use the mic it clicks but doesnt pick up sound.
