Private messaging/conversation - Site functioning properly for this member per staff

Fun fact: staff members can always override PM/conversation quotas.
But can they reply? Could I say PM someone with a full inbox and say " I don't know what you're talking about. I can send you messages just fine". And leave them unable to reply? I won't torture the members, I just thought it was funny how it was worded; the assistance was obviously genuine.

I once had a guy call off and leave a voicemail saying "call me back if you don't get this".

The way I have it setup, members should be able to reply to messages initiated by staff members, and the should be able initiate them as well. If not, they can use the contact form.

Let me know if you see behavior that differs from what I’ve described.
