Ok, looking for how to get the dome off this Star 9100 so I don't gouge or break it. They couldn't use simple screws like everyone else and make it easy.
This is the 9100 that I got new old stock, cheap, but has only two selectable patterns when the manual says it has 20. I want to see inside and check out if there is a jumper of sorts to select the next tier of patterns
It appears the dome has a snap in type tab that holds it to the base. Looks like a screwdriver would work, pry the tabs and remove the dome, but being a brand new bar with not even a finger print I don't want to chance messing it up.
Someone here must of removed one of these before. I'd appreciate it, thanks
P.S this is a cig lighter model with a pattern select switch
