I'm not a radio guy, so I don't know if this is possible, but...
I have an older, issued Motorola HT 1250 handheld. The frequency is 453.250. It currently has a flexible "rubber ducky" antenna. There are some pockets in the county where reception is spotty, especially in the car. Is there some sort of adapter or splitter that would allow me to switch to a car mounted antenna when in the vehicle? Thanks!
